Skip the Annoying "Use the Web service to find the correct program" Dialog

Tired of being asked if you want to look-up on the internet what program to use to open a certain "unknown" file type?
Here's a hack to disable that stupid box:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\
NoInternetOpenWith (32-bit DWORD) = 1
